Membership of the RSCDS and London Branch costs £19.00 per annum for UK based members (£19.50 for Europe and £21.50 elsewhere). Current members of other Branches can join London Branch for £4.00 per annum if resident in the UK (£4.50 in Europe and £6.50 elsewhere). A revised list of membership categories and rates was agreed at the Society AGM in November to take effect from 1 July, 2009.
They are:
♦ Youth (12 - 18) at 50% of full adult rate, and receiving Membership card and magazine
♦ Young Adult (18 – 25) at 80% of full adult rate, and receiving Membership card and magazine
♦ Adult Single (25+) at full adult rate, and receiving Membership card and magazine
♦ Adult Joint (two people residing at the same address) at 80% of two full adult rates, and receiving Membership card each and a single copy of the magazine.
London Branch membership entitles you to discounts on the many London Branch dances and Day Schools throughout the year and free copies of The Reel, while Society membership includes their bi-annual magazine “The Scottish Country Dancer” and the opportunity to attend the annual Summer and Winter Schools.
