Highland

Highland Dancing differs from Scottish country dances because it is usually a solo dance.  There are, however, a few Scottish Country Dances which feature highland steps.  A Highland Dance requires the dancer to execute a defined sequence of foot movements.

If you have never tried highland dancing and would like to give it a go or if you are an intermediate or experienced highland dancer wanting to improve on your ability then come along and give the class a try.  This is a general class suitable for all abilities.

You will be taught by an experienced highland dance teacher and dance to music provided by an experienced musician.
